The office building complex owned by Noval (Viohalco Group) has a total area of 42.000m2 and is located at Kifisias Avenue, Ampelokipoi. The building remained incomplete for several years due to the economic crisis in Greece since 2009. In 2018 the works for completing the project into “Urban Office Campus – The Orbit” restarted. Several interventions on the existing load bearing structure of the building took place with non-vibrating concrete cutting.

ENKA in cooperation with DEMCON executed the works of non-vibrating cutting and removal of reinforced concrete elements. The interventions took place at several parts of the building and included cuttings of elements up to 70cm thickness.
